PABS is a State Department of Education approved SES Provider or Supplemental
Educational Services Provider. The SES Provider provides additional academic
instruction by way of a rigorous tutorial program outside of the regular school day.
The tutorial program is designed to increase the academic achievement of low-income
students (as defined by eligibility for free and reduced price meals) who attend
qualifying Title 1 school.

Progress (AYP) as defined by the State
Department of Education, is - a
component of the accountability profile
based on a series of performance goals
that every school, local education
agency (LEA), and State must achieve
within specified time frames in order to
meet the 100% Proficiency goal
established by the federal government's
No Child Left Behind Act of 2001
(NCLB).
